Refunds may be issued if a booking is cancelled by FlyWay, driver unavailable, or due to verified service issues.

2. Cancellation Policy

Customers cancelling close to pickup time may not be eligible for full refunds.

3. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days depending on payment method.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

No-shows, incorrect booking details, or last-minute cancellations may be non-refundable.
